Richard is the founder of the RiCH Company and has served as the company's Chief Executive Officer since the inception of the organization. His vision, coupled with relentless dedication, serves as the driving force behind the company to this day. Richard holds degrees in Theater and English from Indiana State University, and a M.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin--Milwaukee (UWM). He continues to teach courses at UWM in professional writing and business communication while simultaneously developing new applications and programs for the RiCH Company. Richard also enjoys design, and his fingerprint can be found on many client and company websites and programs.

Carla has been with the RiCH Company since March of 2006, when she started as a part-time computer trainer with an interest in working with diverse clients and creating computer training work and goals for their specific needs. She enjoyed seeing these clients learn new skills from lesson to lesson, and she has been happy to see other trainers succeed even more. She also loves working with the rest of the RiCH Company staff to help the company do its best for the clients. She has worked with students for a long time - her background is in both the sciences and education. She graduated from Colgate University in 1996 with a BA in Biology (but lots of experience in Physics tutoring) and the University of Michigan in 2003 with a MS in Physiology and a MA in Education for science curriculum development.
Carla came to Milwaukee for both work and speedskating (and while you might think she ought to like the cold winters, she would much rather have tropical weather year-round)! Her talents and goals in her job are giving people help and advice. She has been happy to contribute her curriculum-building experience to the computer training program. She very much enjoys seeing firsthand the progress made by the RiCH Company’s students as they work through their lessons, courses, and office internships. She also enjoys helping with phone calls and emails for support for WCOnline and other RiCH Company products. Questions come from writing center directors and other university staff and faculty everywhere, including her “hometown” of New York. You might discover, or guess based on her background, that she is not a natural salesperson! But if you are looking for instructions, advice, or a positive opinion, ask Carla.

Marshelle Gerber graduated from Ottawa University with a degree in Human Resource Management. Her background is in the medical field where she was recently employed for over 14 years. As a result of this experience, her compassion lies in helping those with disabilities follow their dreams.
Marshelle began as a Job Development Specialist with the RiCH Company before being promoted to Lead Job Development Specialist during the third quarter of 2008. In March of 2009, Marshelle was promoted to the Director of Vocational Services position. Marshelle's commitment to her clients, passion for the community she serves, and inspired work ethic all enable her to be successful as the Director of RiCH Vocational Services and in furthering the success of her entire staff.
